The story so far.
Flow Block is alive and evolving. Here's what we've been building.
Notes That Keep Up
A block is rarely just a title. The thinking around it — the plan, the numbers, the thing you must not forget — now has somewhere good to live. Write, and it looks the way you meant it: a heading is a heading, a list is a list, a table lines up. There is nothing to learn and nothing to switch on. And when one block depends on another, name it and the two stay connected, from both sides.
Routines That Flex
Life doesn't run on a grid, so your routines don't have to either. Hand a routine's timing to Flow and a slipped morning quietly becomes an afternoon slot — never a red 'missed.' Chores can recur from the last time you actually did them. And 'gym 3× a week' just works: you say how many, Flow picks the days from how you really live, and the week ends done no matter which ones carried it.
FlowBlock 2.0 — One Home
We rebuilt the whole spine. FlowBlock used to answer 'what should I do?' in four different places. Now there's one: Today. Your day opens planned, your next block is already picked, and Flow is one tap away. Nine destinations became five, and everything cut was guilt we shouldn't have shipped.

Meet Blocky
Your blocks deserve more than a blank text field. Blocky is an AI assistant that lives inside your planner. Ask it to break down a project, suggest what to work on, or turn a vague idea into real blocks.

Smart Projects
Projects now understand their blocks. Pause a project and its blocks quietly step aside. Restore something from trash and everything comes back together.
The Performance Edition
We went through every screen and made it faster. Tapping, scrolling, switching views. Everything feels instant now.
The Alive Interface
We wanted every part of the app to feel alive. So we added achievements, streak tracking, and an energy dial that shifts with your day.
Welcome to Flow Block
Every planner we tried assumed our brains work like spreadsheets. They don't. So we built one that schedules your day around your energy, not against it.
More to come. This is just the beginning.
